Midnight Solstice – The Blue Note Story

Little needs to be said about Blue Note Records, the little label that wrote Jazz history like no other. We've always wanted to do a tribute to this legendary record production factory, and because Blue Note's catalog is so huge, we've decided to introduce you to the label's history in a new Midnight Soulstice series. For tonight's kick-off, DJ Pari - a passionate collector of original Blue Note vinyl - will begin by introducing you to some of the label's most prolific artists, among them Herbie Hancock, Joe Henderson, Curtis Fuller, Lee Morgan, Jimmy Smith, Grant Green and many more.
