Another U.S. War? Obama Threatens China and Iran
The possibility of yet another U.S. war became more real last week, when the Obama administration sharply confronted both China and Iran. The first aggressive act was performed by Obama’s Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who “warned” China that it must support serious economic sanctions against Iran (an act of war).
Clinton said: “China will be under a lot of pressure to recognize the destabilizing effect that a nuclear-armed Iran would have, from which they receive a significant percentage of their oil supply.”
The implication here is that China will be cut off from a major energy source if they do not support U.S. foreign policy — this, too, would equal an act of war.
A more direct military provocation occurred later when Obama agreed to honor a Bush-era military pact with Taiwan, a small island that lies off the mainland coast of China, and is claimed by China as its own territory. Taiwan has been a U.S. client state ever since the defeated nationalist forces fled there from China in the aftermath of the 1949 revolution. Taiwan has remained a bastion of U.S. intrigue and anti-China agitation for the past six decades. Obama has recently upped the ante by approving a $6.4 billion arms sale to Taiwan, including:
“... 60 Black Hawk helicopters, Patriot interceptor missiles, advanced Harpoon missiles that can be used against land or ship targets and two refurbished minesweepers.” (The New York Times, January 30, 2010).

Stockholm syndrome (people of negroid, indian, and latino decent in america)
The following are viewed as the conditions necessary for Stockholm syndrome to occur.
Hostages who develop Stockholm syndrome often view the perpetrator as giving life by simply not taking it. In this sense, the captor becomes the person in control of the captive’s basic needs for survival and the victim’s life itself.[1]
The hostage endures isolation from other people and has only the captor’s perspective available. Perpetrators routinely keep information about the outside world’s response to their actions from captives to keep them totally dependent.[1]
The hostage taker threatens to kill the victim and gives the perception of having the capability to do so. The captive judges it safer to align with the perpetrator, endure the hardship of captivity, and comply with the captor than to resist and face murder.[1]
The captive sees the perpetrator as showing some degree of kindness. Kindness serves as the cornerstone of Stockholm syndrome; the condition will not develop unless the captor exhibits it in some form toward the hostage. However, captives often misinterpret a lack of abuse as kindness and may develop feelings of appreciation for this perceived benevolence. If the captor is purely evil and abusive, the hostage will respond with hatred. But, if perpetrators show some kindness, victims will submerge the anger they feel in response to the terror and concentrate on the captors’ “good side” to protect themselves.[1]
In cases where Stockholm syndrome has occurred, the captive is in a situation where the captor has stripped nearly all forms of independence and gained control of the victim’s life, as well as basic needs for survival. Some experts say that the hostage regresses to, perhaps, a state of infancy; the captive must cry for food, remain silent, and exist in an extreme state of dependence. In contrast, the perpetrator serves as a 'mother' figure protecting the 'child' from a threatening outside world, including law enforcement’s deadly weapons. The victim then begins a struggle for survival, both relying on and identifying with the captor. Possibly, hostages’ motivation to live outweighs their impulse to hate the person who created their dilemma.[1]
In many cases, capture may also involve the killing (or threat of killing) of the captive's relatives, thereby isolating the captive. The captive is subjected to isolation and so sees even a small act, such as providing amenities, as a great favour. Such captives may side with their captors while believing their captors have conferred on them great importance and love. Furthermore, captives who perceive themselves as the only members of their group not to have been killed may believe that they have been shown a special interest.

other people can either make or break your whole entire mood, life, or situation...
watching what you tell people and be the key to your peace, be discrete in all you do, watch who you tell what, listen to what people say before you give them credit, not everybody is a friend a nigga will steal a box of raisins from you then help you look for them, some people gotta go, watch who you let in your biz because people talk for you about you behind your back about what you told them and have you the laughing stock of the day, the less people know about you the more peaceful your life can be, being around people is cool but having them wonder where you are is even better, talk to people but keep it simple, some people are just what they are so dont call everyone a friend, just because you have nice conversations with people dont mean you have to have nice sex with them, when people come into your life let them first prove themselfs, watch what you text people for people are some crooked fucks when they want to be, when you change people talk shit but smile when they see u, people lie, when you see someone happy let them be, people take things too far, people over and under do alot, people front, people hope you see their face book status, people talk about God all day but you will never see it in actions, people go to church ever sunday but dont know the basics, people hate the truth, people will stab you in the back as soon as possible, people talk a big talk but only 2 out of 100 are willing to treat you like they want to be treated, do what you do but reveal secrets to no-one and if you do make sure its just one, have many associates but one counselor of them all, people arent happy if your life isnt up to their expectation how funny, some people let you be, some people keep fuckin with you, people are horny, people dont know shit, people dont read, but most of them will speak as if they know it all, if a so called friend reveals your secrets and it gets back to you beware of them and be not slow to cut them off if it happens twice, if a friend comes around your man or woman giving them the eye or flirting either let them know you will beat the shit out of them or keep them at a distance for long periods of time and when you do talk to them let it be via tex, be temparate in all things and watch your mouth for it is the starting point of all your problems, most of the people you call friends are enemys on the inside, let them have some but dont let them take much, watch people who always tell you what you should be doing but appreciate people who let you know when your bullshitting, faithful are the wounds of friends but the kisses of enemys are full of shit, when people call you with problems listen but be very careful what you say, when you fuck up call people and apologize, respect peoples opinions but let them know where you stand, dont go places with just anyone, be not over busy in other peoples biz make sure you are blameless at all times, when people you dont know well tell you their inner secrets mark them and take heed, all people you know dont need to know where you live, remember your true friends in your prosperity but look and see how many of them are there in your poverty... Intel wants a chip implant in your brain

Intel believes its customers would be willing to have a chip implanted in their brains so they could operate computers without the need for a keyboard or mouse using thoughts alone. The implant could also be used to operate devices such as cell phones, TVs and DVDs.
The chip is being developed at Intel's laboratory in Pittsburgh, USA. It would sense brain activity using technology based on FMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging). The brain sensing chips are not yet available, but Intelresearch scientist Dean Pomerleau thinks they are close.
Theoretically, different people thinking of the same word or image would have the same activity in their brains, but since no one really knows exactly how the brain works, this is not certain. Pomerleau and his team have used FMRI to scan the brains of volunteers to see if brain patterns match when they are thinking of similar things, and so far the results look promising. Pomerleau said that with human beings and machines converging in many ways, people will want to give up the need for an interface such as a keyboard, mouse or remote control and operate the devices using their brain waves. Pomerleau believes that some time within the next decade or so people will be "more committed" to the idea of the brain implants. Pomerleau said a headset incorporating brain sensing technology to operate a computer is close, and the next step is to develop the tiny brain implant, which would be much less cumbersome for the user.
Associate Professor Charles Higgins of the University of Arizona predicts people will be using hybrid computers using a combination of living tissue and technology within 10 to 15 years. Researchers at his University have successfully built a robot guided by the eyes and brain of a moth. Researchers with Toyota are also working in the area, have developed a wheelchair controlled by brain waves.

im walking through the middle of the streets lookin at all these signs, some tell me i need to slow down, others tell me i need to turn around, some say stop, some say go, others tell me whats ahead, i see construction, i see wrecks, i see dead people...
do you want to watch it all fall apart? everytime i walk, i look i observe, and i read the signs... The signs are telling me to turn back around.The signs are telling me to to research my past. The signs are telling me to learn from my mistakes. The signs are asking me questions: Do you want to watch it all fall apart? Do you have any control? Is there anything you can do? DO YOU CARE?
i know something isnt right because nobody else sees the damn signs. here i am in the middle of the street talkng to the signs and trying to show them to people and they are looking at me like... "THIS NIGGA IS CRAZY" should i give up?
so as i walk across the streets looking both ways so that i dont get and i see a sign i read somwhere before...
some of us are lost and controlled by things that are against what we think we believe in, some of us have will never find our way no matter what the signs say, some of us dont see the signs because we are to busy shopping, some of us dont see the signs because we are more interested in the accidents, we are dazed and amazed with the worlds displays, some of us see the signs but are to afraid to be different and point them out.
some people stop at buildings on the sides of the roads every week which gives them false hopes and never discuss these signs (oh! but they think they are okay)...
We are listening to a moron babble without our interest, we are listening to tongues that lie and we applaud thier every speech. We give them an ear, we give them a hand, we give them both eyes. So we cannot see the signs....
SLOW DOWN, for children are playing in these streets and they cannot read the signs without guidance, for they are only children, they are walking down one way streets with mac trucks coming at them 100mph while the parents cheer them on... if the elders dont acknowledge the signs then what will the kids do? oh what can come of this unhooked generation? is this it? seems like it is.. or thats at least what the signs say...
im afraid that soon there will be no U-TURN on a DEAD END street.. all because we ignored the signs...

Having knowledge of ones past not only allows you to have a framework or point of reference, but also explains why present situations exist today. In other words, the past causes the present. History then, provides the only material available to study the human condition. It explains the factors that cause changes around us today.
When we gain knowledge of our past, it leaves an impression on our minds. This is more than just mere representation, but also has the power to inspire and direct us. When we discover ourselves, it provides a social and cultural context. Without clarification in our minds, of our origin, we cannot understand our current role in the world or the problems that are particular to us as a people.
More than just a collection of names, dates and dead things, history is a living, omnipresent thing. It is part of our everyday lives.
For black people, whether conscious or unaware, educated or misled, the events of the past subliminally has an effect on our lives. Just as a tree can not grow without roots, a people will not grow, without knowledge of their past. They will stagnate in a continual cycle of mistakes, unable to learn from previous experiences.
